This comment radiates that special kind of chaos

It got an eye on it. Not sure if that's a bad thing in a world with magic...

And what was it doing in a tree?

Too close to the well? Nah, it's what gives the ale its bite.

Dang it. Reality sucks so bad with this coronavirus crap, I'd much rather live in Marblegate town!

I thought that silhouette at the bottom of the 'rustle' in the third panel was somebody small (or in the distance) wearing a long skirt jumping from a tree with their hands held above their head :P

The high wizard will pop out of the bag, thus nicely tying together two otherwise disconnected plot threads.

The #1 most ignored rule in RPGs and horror movies. Look UP!

No. #1 is "Don't split the party..." Oh wait, he's already done that.

Well, to be fair, they aren't in a dungeon or out travelling.
Worstcase 8th May 2020, 10:56 PM edit delete reply
Wait - isn't that the forest the fay-folk just moved in earlier that day?
How much of tricksters are fey in the world of Marblegate?

It doesn't hurt to say it twice. Especially as we all know he isn't going to take a blind bit of notice of us!

Nope. Avoid the bag. Is a mimic.

Look at that fancy discoloration of the wart on the inside of a Trapper. Either that or one of the wizard's flying messenger types got tired and dropped its cargo.

On the one hand, obvious trap is obvious.

On the other hand, can you really afford to pass up what might be a free bag of holding?

A bag of holding, except when you pick it up, the bag holds you.
