Hey guys! Some people have been messaging me and asking if I had a patreon. I don't, but I've been thinking about getting one.

I don't know what kind of rewards I could offer, though. I don't want to give things that take work time away from my comic, so I'm not sure what to offer. Any suggestions?

You could use the money to help pay the bills then make more comics every week. That would be a great reward!

That's the goal. I'd love to work on Marlbegate full-time.

ummm rewards... extra art, ask the characters, side character mini stories, backgrounds, icons

Not bad ideas, though I'm going to try and avoid rewards that take away from time spent drawing the actual comic.

You're on the right track with "creep"

Hahahaha yes, another Fiend Folio reader.

Always did wish there had been a proper adventure for them Dark Folk. The drow got the Vault and the duergar got Firestorm Peak... aboleth got Night Below... but if there was ever a classic Dark Folk module, I missed it.

You could do a lifestream maybe where you chat with your readers, while you work on your comic.

That's a good idea actually.

Haven't heard of that before, I'm afraid.

Terry Pratchett had three main series of novels, one of which was The Streets of Ankh-Morpork series (Guards! Guards!, Men At Arms, Feet of Clay, and many more) which follows the adventures of that fine body of men the Ankh-Morpork Night Watch. Dead serious, read 'em.
